Nothing Nonfunctional

Nothing Nonfunctional, 2014
Painted bed frame, wall, floor
Dimensions variable

A bed frame is painted to match its surroundings from a specific vantage point in the room. The bed frame is taken out of its functional context and repurposed into a visual tool. While the object relies on its architectural framework to exist, its three-dimensionality is reduced in its image documentation.
