An exterior corner of a consumer space is depicted and its official documents are duplicated by reflection in the nearby window coated with black privacy vinyl. The reflective window vinyl, meant to decrease visibility in the name of security, reflects and replicates its surroundings. Documenting opacity and transparency act as visual metaphors for ideological or bureaucratic systems engineered to be purposefully opaque or impenetrable.
